MORE FACTS ON WHY EKITI OFFICIALS WERE ARRESTED- Source: Niyi Akinsiju's facebook wall   More facts have emerged on why some Ekiti State executive council members and lawmakers were arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS). They are being investigated for various crimes, including alleged murder, destruction of government property, tax evasion, fraudulent procurement of judgment, attacks on courts and judges, fraudulent diversion of reimbursement on federal roads, subversion of electoral process, violence, among others. The suspects are Commissioner for Finance Toyin Ojo; former Special Adviser on Revenue Matters Ropo Ogunjobi and four lawmakers-Afolabi Akanni (Efon), Musa Arogundade (Ado 1), Badejo Anifowose (Moba 2) and Sina Animasaun (Ekiti West 2). On friday,4th of March, a friend called me that he needs N10,000 naira to get the bail of his towed car near the Alausa Secretariat central Mosque,ikeja lagos. We met today in the morning and he explained his predicament to me. He said he parked close to the central Mosque on the marked parking lot beside the road. On getting back he didnt meet his car and on inquiry,people around told him that his car had been towed by the LASTMA officials even though they gave reasons for towing the car but those reasons were faulted by lack of use of discretion. They said the marked lot stopped behind his car even though most of the lines have been washed off by weather condition. They also asked that when he was parking did anyone gave him parking ticket? He responded no. He was later asked to go and get ten thousand naira to bail his car. In all these, there was no sign of no parking where there is parking mark. He got the money, paid
