On friday,4th of March, a friend called me that he needs N10,000 naira to get the bail of his towed car near the Alausa Secretariat central Mosque,ikeja lagos. We met today in the morning and he explained his predicament to me. He said he parked close to the central Mosque on the marked parking lot beside the road. On getting back he didnt meet his car and on inquiry,people around told him that his car had been towed by the LASTMA officials even though they gave reasons for towing the car but those reasons were faulted by lack of use of discretion. They said the marked lot stopped behind his car even though most of the lines have been washed off by weather condition. They also asked that when he was parking did anyone gave him parking ticket?
