Liquid soap as the name implies, is soap in liquid form. It is a cleansing agent and it is a multi-purpose cleanser. Liquid soap is also known as liquid detergent. It has the ability to emulsify oils and hold dirt in suspension. Liquid detergents (Soap) share same properties with solid detergents. A detergent is expected to consist of the surface-active agents or ingredients which are the essential ingredients and supplementing ingredients. In all detergents, the surface-active agent forms the most important part of the detergent. All the ingredients needed in the production of liquid soap will be listed later. Note: in this lesson we hope to learn a multi- purpose liquid soap. Nigerias coat of arm Today, the Senate passed the Electoral Act No. 6 2010 (Amendment) Bill 2017 into law. The passage of this Bill in the Senate is a bold, innovative and common sense step on Electoral Reforms designed to guarantee free, fair and credible elections in Nigeria. Without much ado, these are some of the highlights of the Bill: 1. There shall now be full biometric accreditation of voters with Smart Card Readers and/or other technological devices, as INEC may introduce for elections from time to time. 2. Presiding Officers must now instantly transmit accreditation data and results from Polling Units to various collation centers. Presiding officer who contravene this shall be imprisoned for at least 5 years (no option of fine). 3. All Presiding Officer must now first record accreditation data and polling results on INEC’s prescribed forms before transmitting them. Based on the poll on my blog about the future of youths in Nigeria, 75% of the voters believed that the future is assured for youths while 25% of the voters claim the future is not assured for youths in Nigeria. We can therefore conclude that according to the poll result, the future is absolutely certain for youths in Nigeria despite the stressful economic situation.
