Everyone is shouting vi and lekki flood as if its not every part of lagos that is always flooded. The issue is the failure of government and not the people. political desperation and thuggery is too much in lagos and its affecting every facet of the state. Theres law n it should be applied with equality. The people shouldnt be painted as deviant anymore because  works by the govt is not conmensurate with the state revenue.
