I want to start by saying that the primary reason for the existence of government is the welfare of the people in terms of education, security of lives, provision of basic amenities, shelter and clothing if possible to the core poor and every other thing is secondary. No government that tries making primary duty secondary and secondary duty primary, succeeds.  Of all the primary duties of the government, education is sacrosanct to the liberation of the people and mental empowerment. If it cant be made to be free, it should be made to be affordable as governments success is key to provision of services and not profit making. If the state cannot manage the public schools again, it should humbly give the schools back to their original owners. Liquid soap as the name implies, is soap in liquid form. It is a cleansing agent and it is a multi-purpose cleanser. Liquid soap is also known as liquid detergent. It has the ability to emulsify oils and hold dirt in suspension. Liquid detergents (Soap) share same properties with solid detergents. A detergent is expected to consist of the surface-active agents or ingredients which are the essential ingredients and supplementing ingredients. Ogun Assembly Approves N5BN CBN Credit Facility For Farmers August 20, 2016 in Ogun News Leave a comment The Ogun State House of Assembly has approved the state government’s request to access N5bn Commercial Agricultural Credit Scheme facility from the   Central Bank of Nigeria. The approval followed a letter from the State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun dated August 2, 2016, titled: “Request for approval to access N5bn credit facility under the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Commercial Agricultural Credit Scheme (CACS)”, which was read at the plenary by the Speaker, Rt.
