CONTINUED EXISTENCE OF ROAD UNIONS ON OUR ROADS IS AN INDICATOR OF THE LACK OF SERIOUSNESS ON THE PART OF OUR GOVERNMENT AND EVIDENCE OF A GOVERNMENT THAT ABATE CRIME.


Before referendum, before my plans for the Nigerian dream, if I were the president, in less than a minute of of my inaugural speech, I would change the course of direction of Nigeria as follows:

1. All road transport union shall be cancelled, repelled, expunged and abolished e.g NURTW and RTEAN nationwide through appropriate legal means.

REASONS:
1.Their activities over decades in our society have only succeeded in building societal nuisances and illegality from the billions they raked in daily forcefully from innocent Nigerians.
2. They have contributed no form of development to Nigerian roads.
3. They have contributed to the continued dwindling of farm labour in the interior villages and increasing number of road union hoodlums in the urban area.
4. They are ready tools for political thuggery, killing and maiming of innocent lives during election.

STEPS TOWARDS ENSURING THE JUDICIOUS HARNESSING OF TRANSPORT REVENUE TOWARDS NATION BUILDING:

1. There should be a synergy between the Federal ministry of transportation and the states ministry of transportation towards appropriate handling of transportation activities and judicious use of revenue for nation building and creation of employment for our teeming youths in a civilised manner.
2. Transporters e.g drivers and conductors,tricycle drivers and motorcycle riders shouldn't be forcibly strangulated into irrelevant payment to lazy thugs but to either state or federal government.

ROAD UNIONS BREEDS HIGHEST NUMBER OF LAZY ADULTS AND YOUTHS AND HIGHEST NUMBER OF DANGEROUS GANGS AND HOOLIGANS IN OUR SOCIETY.

There must be decorum on our roads and respecter of human persons who believes so much in dignity of labour by being cab drivers so, their rights must be protected by the government and not threatened.
